Rolling Stones nominated for four NME music awards


Veteran British rockers The Rolling Stones, their 50th Birthday celebrated last year were nominated for four NME Music Awards on Monday.The Stones, back in the spotlight after a photo book were greatest hits album, documentary and mini-tour to mark her Golden Jubilee in 2012, nominated for best live band, best book, music moment of the year and best film music.They were one of four acts with four nominations each. The others were LA sisters Haim, an up-and-coming band tipped for the top by several industry surveys, Australian rock band Tame Impala and British alternative hip-hop artist MIAMusic magazine NME nominations were decided by fans online voted and the winners will be the Troxy in East London on 27 February announced.
